Cancer is a disease that touches many of us, that is why Morris Animal Foundation is dedicated to finding a cure. An estimated 50 percent of all dogs will battle cancer. It is the No. 1 cause of death in dogs over the age of 2.
All dog lovers are invited to walk with their dogs to celebrate the life of their canine best friend or to walk in memory of dogs that have lost their battle with canine cancer. We will have an expo area of dog related vendors and a celebration after the walk. Sign up today and help create a healthier tomorrow for dogs everywhere! It's Spring Cleaning Time!!!! We are looking for donations of yard sale items to raise money for the rescue! 100% of sale proceeds will go to It's the Pits Dog Rescue. Please contact Nicole Wright via a post on this event, or email (nehand@comcast.net) to coordinate drop off in Rancho Bernardo/La Mesa or a place we can pick up the items.
We appreciate any items you can donate, everything helps our needy pups! We are collecting items now until April 24th, and if you don't have anything to donate that's ok, just pass the word on by SHARING!!
