Socks is a 1 year-old, black and white American Pit Bull Terrier mix.  She had surgery to repair her injuries from being hit by a car and is recovering very well.  Socks seems fine with other dogs as the foster home she's living in has four other dogs, two male and two female.  There has been a lot of nose to nose contact, but Socks gets too excited and wants to play, which cannot be allowed during her recuperation.
 
Socks is about 60 lbs., crate trained, very well behaved, and everyone really loves her.  She is a beautiful little girl looking for a loving forever home.
